Brian Kail, MBA, CPC, CCC

Ascender Professional Coaching LLC offices are located in Brooklyn Park/Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, but services clients located in several regions of the continental United States, as well as the Twin Cities, and Mid West.  Ascender Professional Coaching is owned and managed by Brian Kail, MBA, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Career Coach (CCC).  Brian's Master of Business Administration is from The University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.  Brian also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Wisconsin, Madison. With over 30 years Corporate business experience. Brian's first Corporate job after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Madison was preparing State, and Federal Bids at Ecolab Corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN. While working as a FTE Brian completed his MBA at the University of St. Thomas. Starting in 1997, Brian started working in the areas of Technology Development.  A large part of this work involved identifying, and meeting with Management Business Partners, and key Business, and Technology Stakeholders.   The nature of this work involved in depth interviews with Upper Level Business Partners, to arrive at Business Vision, capture Features, and Requirements related to Development work, as well as identifying any obstacles to deliverables, working to eliminate these obstacles, and drive to a successful project implementation.  When employed by Affiliated Computer Systems Brian was Business Systems Analyst for Architecture, and User Interfaces for a $217 million dollar Medicaid Claims Processing System.  While employed by US Bank,Brian was Project Manager for an automated file transfer system, and co-Project Manager for a new Enterprise Backup/Restore System.  After September 11, 2001, Brian was asked by US Bank  management to review, and improve processes for Enterprise Network Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning. After Brian joined SuperValu Corporation, he earned the Exceptional Service Award for outstanding work on Marketing, and Security Systems.  While at SuperValu Corporation, Brian Co-Chaired an Enterprise-wide Business Mentoring forum.  Brian rejoined US Bank in 2010, and completed foundation work for the new US Bank internet Banking platform. In 2012, earned a "Bronze Service Award" for outstanding service. Later accomplishments have been in the Role of a Business Systems Analyst, for multiple projects to support consolidation of US Bank Mortgage Systems utilizing LEAN methodology. The Consolidated Mortgage System was successfully delivered in 2013. Brian has worked for four Fortune 500 Companies from 1981 to the 2015.
